These are the LED inserts for the Lucas L488 tail and brake lamp as used on the late MG TD, TF, and numerous other British vehicles. The kit includes two LED inserts and a set of installation instructions. It does not include the lens, chrome ring, or rubber boot. These items are reused from your existing lamp.
The kit is available for either positive or negative ground (earth).
They are available for use with a red, amber, or clear lens.
They are available with two functions. If you only require a single function, such as tail lamp only or turn signal only, you may ignore or cut off the low intensity (red) wire.

The mounting hole issue is now completely fixed. They are the right size for a #4 or #6 screw and are correctly located.

I sent the pair back, the mounting holes did not match. Replacements were perfect. Only gripe is the holes in the plate were a 1/64 too small.
